1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bandhu Wellness & Recovery website and booking somatic therapies or applying for memberships, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and regulations governing our facility.

2. Consultations & Bookings

All therapy sessions (Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, vacuum cupping, thermal detox, or Banahus elite recovery) must be requested via our scheduling interfaces or direct concierge calls.

• Preferred Time Slots: While we accommodate preferred time slots (Morning, Afternoon, Evening), final session times are subject to calendar availability and will be confirmed by a concierge coordinator.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to fee assessments.

3. Membership Applications

Submitting a membership invitation request does not guarantee onboarding. Bandhu reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or terminate memberships at its absolute discretion to preserve treatment standards and member privacy.

4. Health Disclaimer

Somatic and muscle recovery treatments are designed for wellness, relaxation, and physical rejuvenation. They do not constitute medical treatments. Clients with acute medical conditions, recent surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, or pregnancies must consult their physician and inform their therapist before beginning any therapy program.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients must adhere to sanctuary hygiene standards and respect the privacy and quietness of other guests. Inappropriate behavior or violation of safety guidelines will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from the facility.
